| 摘 要： | 食管癌是目前国内常见的恶性肿瘤之一。放射治疗是食管癌主要、有效、安全的治疗方法之一。尤其是对于颈段、胸上段以及局部晚期的食管癌,放疗成为其首选的治疗方式。容积旋转调强(volumetric modulated arc therapy,VMAT)作为一种先进的放疗技术,已经被用于治疗食管癌数年。但目前国内外关于食管癌VMAT计划的剂量学方面的研究,还存在着许多争议。本文从VMAT基本原理及食管癌VMAT放疗计划的研究现状和进展这两个方面做一综述。

| Abstract: | Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignancies in China.Radiotherapy is a main,effective and safe treatment of esophageal cancer.Radiotherapy has become the preferred treatment for cervical,upper thoracic and locally advanced e-sophageal carcinoma.Volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT)has been used to treat esophageal cancer for several years as a novel radiation technique.However,there still exist a lot of arguments on VMAT’s Radiation Biological Dosimetry about esophageal cancer at home and abroad.The main point of this review is to discuss the principle of VMAT and VMAT’s present research situation and pros-pect on esophageal cancer. |
