雷达作业人群神经行为功能的流行病学调查

摘    要:目的了解高频电磁辐射环境对雷达作业人群神经行为功能的影响。方法选取成都空军某雷达部队雷达作业人员46名作为观察组,选取年龄构成相近的高校男性大学生100名作为对照组。运用调查问卷对受试者进行调查,调查指标包括一般情况,电磁暴露时间,神经衰弱综合征相关自觉症状;使用WHO推荐的情感状态问卷,了解情感状态特征。结果观察组与对照组的普通问卷分析显示,观察组神经衰弱症候群,除视觉疲劳外,其余症状的发生率均高于对照组(P〈o.05);情感状态问卷调查显示,在六类情感要素中,T(紧张-焦虑)、F(疲惫-隋性)、C(困惑-迷茫)三项得分在观察组和对照组间存在统计学差异(P〈0.05),前者高于后者。结论雷达作业人员出现神经衰弱症候群的比率高,已发生情感障碍。推测电磁辐射环境已经对此人群造成了明显的健康影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influences of high-frequency electromagnetic radiation on operating staffs' neurobehavioral function in radar troops. Methods Forty-six military radar operators in Chengdu Air Force were selected as the observation group, and 100 male college students who were similar at age structure to the observation group were selected as control group. Questionnaires were used in survey indicators, including general information, electromagnetic exposure time, neurasthenia syndrome-related symptoms; WHO-recommended questionnaires for emotional states were used to understand the characteristics of emotional states. Results Except for visual fatigue, the incidences of other neurasthenia syndrome-related symptoms were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P〈0. 05 );emotional state survey showed that out of six emotional elements, T (tension-anxiety), F( fatigue-inertia), C( confused-confused) scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Radar operating staffs have high incidence of neurological syndrome and often express emotional disturbance. It is supposed that the electromagnetic radiation environment has resulted in bad impact on health in this special staff.
