老年代谢综合征患者前列腺体积与体重指数、血压及高敏C反应蛋白的关系探讨

目的探讨老年代谢综合征（MS）患者前列腺体积与体重指数、血压及高敏C反应蛋白的关系。方法342例入选者，其中有1个MS组分者93例（MS1组）、有2个MS组分者87例（MS2组）、有3个及以上组分即MS组80例、无MS组分者82例（对照组）。对入选者的体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、血脂、空腹血糖及高敏C反应蛋白进行分析。结果随着MS组分增多，体重指数、血压及高敏C反应蛋白增高，前列腺体积渐增大。MS组前列腺体积、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压及高敏C反应蛋白高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；MS组前列腺体积与体重指数、舒张压及高敏C反应蛋白正相关（P〈0．05）；与血脂、空腹血糖不相关（P〉0．05）。MS2及MSl两组前列腺体积也高于对照组，但两组与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；MS2及MSl两组前列腺体积与体重指数、血压、血脂、空腹血糖及高敏C反应蛋白不相关（P〉0．05）。结论老年男性MS患者前列腺体积变化与体重指数、舒张压水平及非特异炎症反应关系密切。随着肥胖程度的加重、舒张压升高及非特异炎症反应加剧，前列腺体积有增大趋势。

Association between prostatic volume and body mass index, blood pressure and high-sensitivity C reactive protein in the elderly patients with metabolic syndrome

Objective To investigate the relationship between prostatic volume and body mass index （ BMI ）, blood pressure and high-sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）in the elderly patients with metabolic syndrome （MS）. Methods Three hundred and forty-two senile people were investigated. There were 93 cases with one component of the MS（MS1 group）, 87 subjects with two components IMS2 group）, 80 cases with three or more components （ MS group ）, 82 control subjects without any components （ MS0 group）. Their BMI, blood pressure, blood lipid,fasting plasma glucose, hs-CRP were analyzed and compared. Results The prostatic volume increased with increased number of components of MS, BMI, blood pressure and hs-CRP in the elderly. The prostatic volume, BMI, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and hs-CRP in MS group were significantly higher than those in MS0 group（ P〈 0.05 ）. There was positive correlation between prostatic volume and BMI, between prostatic volume and diastolic pressure, between prostatic volume and hs-CRP in the MS patients（P〈0. 05）, but no significant correlation between prostatic volume and blood lipid, between prostatic volume and fasting plasma glucose（ P〉0. 05 ）. The prostatic volume was higher in the MS1 and MS2 groups than that in the MS0 group but without significant difference, and it did not correlate to BMI,blood pressure,blood lipid,fast plasma glucose,and hs-CRP（P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The prostatic volume of senile patients with MS is closely related to BMI, diastolic pressure and hs-CRP. With increase of BMI,diastolic pressure and hs-CRP,the prostatic volume increases in senile patients with MS.
