| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the reason and prevention of postoperative anastomotic leakage in patients with esophageal carcinoma,so as to reduce occurrence of the complications.Methods： Analyze the reasons of postoperative anastomotic leakage in 1,812 cases with esophageal cancinoma.Results： Postoperative anastomotic leakage is happened to 11 examples in 1,812 cases with esophageal carcinoma,the occurrence is 0.64%.Conclusions： The reasons of postoperative anastomotic leakage is comprehensive and is related to preoperative preparation,surgical operation,and postoperative management. |
