Surgical Treatment in Patients with PDA Under Cardiopulmonary bypass

Objective：To discuss the surgical treatment for patent ductus arteriosus（PDA）.Methods：the 16 cases of PDA were treated with surgical operation of cardiopulmonary bypass operational method,CPB management,and the prognosis were summarized and analyzed retrospectively.Results： Operations were supported by cardiopulmonary bypass for closure of the 36 patent ductus arteriosus.There were four cases of motality.These were mainly caused by right heart failure lung infection,and or renal failure;One patient had hoarse voice.The rest of the patients were discharged with a good recovery.Conclusions： Suturing PDA through incisions in the pulmonary artery under CPB is the main treatment for PDA.A strict control of operation indicatiors were carefully conducted during the interoperative exploration.and good extracorporeal circulation management can reduce the postoperative complications and mortality.
