鼻内窥镜手术治疗孤立性蝶窦真菌病

目的:探讨孤立性蝶窦真菌病的临床诊断与鼻内窥镜微创手术的治疗。方法:对22例患者采用鼻内窥镜下蝶窦开放术治疗效果进行分析、总结。结果:术后病理证实均为真菌病,无脑脊液漏,无术中术后大出血及视神经损伤等并发症,随访半年以上,未见病变复发。结论:对不明原因头痛,头昏,回吸性血涕,应尽早行鼻窦CT扫描,以期早期确诊。鼻内窥镜下行蝶窦开放,清除病变是最直接,安全并有效的微创手术方法。

The Treatment of Isolated Fungal Sphenoiditis by Endoscopic Surgery

Objective：To explore the diagnosis of isolated fungal sphenoiditis and its treatment through minimally invasive,endoscopic surgery.Methods： Results of 22 patients who had endoscopic surgery of their sphenoid were analysed as to it effectiveness after a follow-up review.Results： All patients were confirmed to have fungal infections by pathology,and all of these patients had no major complications,such as cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea,blooding,or optic nerve injury.After a followed-up exam beyond six months,the patients had no recurrence.Conclusions： When a patient has some unexplained symptoms,such as headache,dizzy,or nasal bloodshot-mucus in suction,it should be diagnosed by timely CT scanning.The endoscopic surgery of opening sphenoid has some advantages.It is minimally invasive,direct,safe,and effective.
