摘 要: | 随着生命科学的高速发展,基因治疗已经成为目前肿瘤研究中的一项热门课题。肿瘤基因治疗常用的方式有导入抑癌基因、抑制癌基因的表达、自杀基因治疗、抑制血管生成、针对一些细胞因子的基因治疗、针对耐药基因的治疗和肿瘤DNA疫苗等等。用于肿瘤基因治疗的常用载体有病毒载体和非病毒载体。相信随着科学的进步,基因治疗手段的不断革新,肿瘤的基因治疗必将拥有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: | With the fast development of life science, gene therapy is becoming a popular topic in cancer therapies. Nowadays, the often used gene therapies against cancer include:re-expression of tumor growth-inhibiting genes, inactivation of oncogene, suicide gene therapy, blocking angiogenesis, gene transfer of cytokine genes, inactivation of drug resistance gene and DNA vaccine. Viral vectors and non-viral vectors are now wildly used in gene cancer gene therapy. With the development of science and the emergence of new approaches in gene therapy, it is believed that gene therapy will he a promising option in cancer therapies. |
