氮酮及丙二醇对甲硝唑溶液体外经皮渗透性的影响

摘    要:以甲硝唑为模型药物,离体鼠皮为实验材料,考察不同浓度的氮酮、丙二醇、氮酮-丙二醇对甲硝唑溶液的体外经皮渗透性的影响。应用双波长法消除了鼠皮溶出物对一般紫外测定方法的干扰。结果表明:甲硝唑溶液具有体外经皮渗透性;适当浓度的氮酮可明显地增强甲硝唑溶液的体外经皮渗透性,高浓度的丙二醇则产生明显的抑制作用。丙二醇对氮酮的促渗作用无增强效果。

Abstract:Using metronidazole as model drug and mouse's skin for experimental material,to evalute the effect of azone,propanediol and azonepropanediol of different concentrations on external percutanous permeability of metronidazole solution,the results indicated that metronidazole solution has external percutanous permeabilityi azone of suitable concentration can obviously increase external percutanous permeability of metronidazole solution.Propanediol of high concentration can produce an obvious inhibition. Propanediol can not enhance the effect of azone's acceleration.
