| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合康复训练治疗偏瘫肩痛的疗效。方法将 10 0例偏瘫肩痛患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 5 0例采用针刺配合康复训练 ,对照组 5 0例采用单纯康复训练 ;对两组的疗效进行组间及组内对照分析。结果治疗后 ,两组患者的肩痛程度积分低于治疗前 (P <0 .0 1) ,上肢运动功能达IV级以上者明显增多 (P <0 .0 1) ,但治疗组均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论针刺配合康复训练能有效提高偏瘫肩痛的治疗效果。
