尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理研究

目的探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成后尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的最佳给药途径及其护理。方法急性下肢深静脉血栓患者62例,随机分为A组为试验组,经患肢足背静脉穿刺,踝关节上阻断浅静脉后,用微量输液泵注入中等量的尿激酶;B组为对照组,经上肢周围静脉途径给予同剂量尿激酶,用药1周后比较治疗效果。结果试验组治愈28例,治愈率为90.3%。对照组治愈21例,治愈率为67.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),前者平均住院时间为13.6d,后者为18.4d,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论阻断浅静脉后的患肢给药作用更为迅速,提高了治疗效果,缩短了患者住院时间。

Study of nursing the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients with urokinase treatment

Objective: To investigate the best route of administration and nurse of acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT) patients with urokinase treatment.Methods: Sixty-two cases of patients with acute deep lower vena thrombosis were divided into test group(A group) and control group(B group) randomly.In the test group,urokinase was given through the venipuncture needle with micro-perfusion pump via dorsal vein of foot after blocking superficialvein in ankle joint.In the control group,the same amount of urokinase was given via upper vein access.The therapeutic effect was observed after one week.Results: In the test group,28 cases were cured(90.3%).In the control group,21 cases were cured(67.7%).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Hospital stay was 13.6 days in the test group,compared with 18.4 days in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Medicating lesions limb is a more rapidly effective method after blocking superficial vein,which improves patient outcomes and reduces hospitalization time.
