肺静脉异位引流畸形的超声诊断和漏诊原因分析

回顾性分析12例肺静脉异位引流畸形的超声资料与手术结果：术前超声明确诊断仅3例，漏诊9例。漏诊的主要原因一是经胸二维和彩色多普勒超声心动图对肺静脉显示的局限性；二是操作者对该病的临床表现和声像图表现认识不足。文中提出了该病的超声心动图特征性表现和一些操作技巧。

Ultrasonographic diagnosis and causes of misdiagnosis ofanomalous pulmonary venous drainage

The ultrasonographic materials and surgical findings of 12 cases of APVD were analysis. Among them,only 3 cases were confirmed by ultrasonography before surgery,while 9 cases were misdiagnosed. The major causes of misdiagnosis were as follows. First was the limitation of image of transthorax two-dimensional ultrasonography and the Deppler echocardiogram, second was the operators'shortage of knowlege of the clinical manifestation and ultrasonogram of APVD.Finally, echocardiogram features and some operative skills were mentioned.
