| 摘 要： | 目的观察重建关节囊后路小切口全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法通过对43例老年股骨颈骨折患者采用重建关节囊后路小切口全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折,观察并记录手术切口、手术时间、术中和术后失血量、卧床时间及临床疗效。结果 43例患者手术切口长度8~10cm(平均9.1cm),手术时间为62~86min(平均72min),术中失血量为180~260ml(平均220ml),术后引流量80~140ml(平均108ml),卧床时间3~4天,未出现皮肤坏死及神经损伤等并发症;所有患者经6~18个月随访,平均11.6个月,随访期内均未出现感染及假体位置移动。髋关节功能(Harris)评分,术后6个月Harris评分平均为91.7分,优37例,良6例。结论重建关节囊后路小切口全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折具有围手术期并发症少及术后早期功能恢复快的优点,临床疗效满意。
