浮针结合小针刀治疗肩周炎的临床效果

目的：观察浮针结合小针刀治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：90例肩周炎患者随机分为3组各30例。A组选择肩部活动时的疼痛点用浮针治疗,2 d 1次;B组选择喙突处喙肱肌和肱二头肌短头附着点等处用小针刀剥离粘连,6 d 1次;C组在给予小针刀治疗后的第2天加用浮针治疗。3组治疗前后均采用VAS疼痛评分,肩ROM测定及临床疗效评定。结果：治疗14 d,3组VAS评分与治疗前比较均有明显下降（P〈0.05）;治疗前后差值比较,C组〉B组〉A组（均P〈0.05）。肩关节ROM测评,与治疗前比较3组均有明显提高（P〈0.05、0.01）,C组高于A、B组（P〈0.01）。临床疗效比较,C组治愈率及总有效率均明显高于A、B组（71.3%、90.0%与13.3%、71.3%,6.7%、70.0%,P〈0.05,0.01）。结论：3种治疗方法对肩周炎均有较好疗效,小针刀对机体的刺激作用强于浮针,而浮针结合小针刀治疗效果更显著。
