| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非增强螺旋CT预测尿酸结石的应用效果。方法对123例上尿路结石患者在术前行非增强螺旋CT平扫,测量结石的软组织窗平均CT值,同时采用改良Mauer法定性分析术后所获取结石的化学成分,应用统计学分析,找出纯尿酸结石的CT值范围。结果 23例纯尿酸结石与100例非尿酸结石的CT值差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),以CT值<700Hu为标准对尿酸结石进行诊断,其灵敏度为91.30%,特异度为96.00%,阳性预测值为84.00%,阴性预测值为97.96%。结论根据软组织窗CT值不同,非增强螺旋CT可将体内尿酸结石与其它成分结石区分,软组织窗平均CT值<700Hu的结石可作为尿酸结石的诊断标准,这对尿酸结石诊断、治疗、预防复发有一定临床参考价值。
