Construction of efficiency evaluation indicators for mechanical ventilation system

Objective To screen efficiency evaluation indicators for mechanical ventilation system through Delphi method.Methods According to our research objectives,we chose 25 experts majored in intensive care and critical nursing care to conduct two rounds consultation by using Delphi method.Results There were 100% of the issued questionnaires in the 1st round and 96% in the 2nd round successfully collected respectively.The specialist authority coefficient was 0.89.The coordination coefficients for 2 rounds were 0.47 and 0.49 respectively(P<0.01 for all).After the consultation,the efficiency evaluation indicator system of mechanical ventilation was finally formulated,containing 3 dimensions,14 evaluation indexes and 60 evaluation items.Conclusion The selected experts were highly representative,and they were enthusiastically involved in the consultation.And the system has remarkable authority and coordination;it can provide basis for clinical medical personnel in scientific and reasonable evaluation.
