中文版护士精神薪酬满意度量表的信度和效度检测

摘    要:目的评价精神薪酬满意度量表(PReSS)在中国临床护士中应用的可行性。方法对433名临床护士进行中文版PReSS、薪酬满意度量表(PSQ)中的薪酬水平满意度调查,2周后,对其中29名临床护士进行重测。采用相关分析、因子分析法分析量表的可靠性和有效性。结果问卷的Cronbach′sα为0.93,2个维度的Cronbach′sα分别为0.88,0.89。PReSS量表的2个维度与薪酬水平满意度之间的相关性不显著,显示良好的区别效度。因子分析的累积贡献率为77.38%,显示其具有良好的可靠性及有效性。结论 PReSS量表能够有效地评估临床护士对来自护士长和医生的精神薪酬的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To assess the feasibility and applicability of the Chinese version Psychological Reward Satisfaction Scale(PReSS) for nurses.Methods A total of 433 clinical nurses were surveyed by using the Chinese version of PReSS and one dimension of Pay Satisfaction Questionnaire.Two weeks later,29 of them were retested.Correlation analysis and factor analysis were adopted in this study.Results The Cronbach′s α coefficients of the Chinese version PReSS and those of its two dimensions were 0.93,0.88 and 0.89 respectively.These two dimensions were not significantly correlated with pay satisfaction,which provides evidence for good discriminant validity.The cumulative contribution rate of factor analysis was 77.38%,indicating commendable reliability and efficiency.Conclusion PReSS is a reliable and effective instrument for measuring clinical nurses′satisfaction degree of psychological rewards from head nurses and physicians.
