综合康复治疗对脑卒中后遗症期患者ADL的影响

目的：观察综合康复治疗对脑卒中后遗症患者ADL的影响。方法：193例脑卒中后遗症期患者分为3组,曾接受过急性期和/或恢复期综合康复治疗而后遗症期继续接受治疗的患者为第1组64例;未接受过综合治疗,后遗症期才进行综合康复治疗的患者为第2组67例;接受过综合治疗而后遗症期自行康复锻炼的患者为第3组62例。综合康复治疗内容包括神经生理学疗法、运动再学习疗法、作业疗法、认知及语言能力训练等。3组患者分别在入选时（V0）、治疗第1、3和6个月末（V1、V2及V3）时分别进行Bathel指数（BI）评分;并在V3时段进行疗效评定。结果：BI评分,V0时,第1、3组明显高于第2组;V1时,第2组明显高于V0时（P〈0.01）;V2时,第1组与V0时比较明显上升,第2组较V1时又上升（均P〈0.05）;V3时,第3组与V0时比较有下降（P〈0.05）。疗效评定,第2组明显高于第1、3组,第1组高于第3组（56.7%与35.9%、19.4%,P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：综合康复治疗对早期未得到正规康复治疗的脑卒中后遗症患者的ADL有明显促进作用。
