护理管理专家筛选护理质量关键指标的质性研究

目的了解护理管理专家对护理质量评价现状的看法,并初步筛选关键指标,为制定规范的护理质量评价体系提供依据。方法采用开放性、半结构式访谈法对12名护理管理专家进行深度访谈,应用现象学分析法和比例法进行分析。结果护理质量评价现状析出6个主题;护理质量关键指标中,共获得结构指标8个,过程指标23个,结果指标6个。结论现存护理质量评价标准已不能适应临床护理专业的发展需求,亟待创建一套可量化、可操作的护理质量关键指标体系;护理管理专家更加关注具有护理特异性、彰显护理专业内涵的指标。

Nursing management specialists' views about key indicators of nursing quality:a qualitative study

Objective To comprehend nursing management specialists′ views about status of nursing quality evaluation,to select key indicators of nursing quality control,and to provide reference for construction of standard nursing quality evaluation system.Methods Interviews which were designed to be face-to-face,and semi-structured with open-ended questions,were conducted to 12 nursing management specialists to gain their in-depth views about nursing quality evaluation.Results Six main themes were identified to be related to nursing care quality evaluation;and the key indicators of nursing quality control were developed by using proportional method,including 8 structural indicators,23 process indicators and 6 outcome indicators.Conclusion The criteria of nursing quality evaluation in existence can not catch up with the development of nursing profession.It is urgent to create a measurable and operational evaluation system for nursing quality.Nursing management specialists focus on indicators that reflect specificity and content of nursing profession.
