摘    要:目的 建立顺序注射氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定牛奶中砷和硒含量的方法.方法 利用硝酸-高氯酸(4+1)混合酸消解样品,对仪器工作参数进行了优化,考察了载流酸度、硼氢化钾浓度对荧光强度的影响.在优化条件下,用顺序注射氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定牛奶中砷和硒的含量.结果 砷浓度在0.20~100 mg/L、硒在0.30~1...
