| 摘 要： | 目的了解不同质子泵抑制剂根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的疗效。方法 60例Hp阳性患者随机分成两组:①ECA组(n=25):埃索美拉唑20mg,每天2次,克拉霉素0.25mg,每天2次,阿莫西林1000mg,每天2次;②LCA组(n=35):兰索拉唑30mg,每天2次,克拉霉素0.25mg,每天2次,阿莫西林1000mg,每天2次。治疗结束后4周复查尿素呼气试验(UBT)。结果评价60例患者,按意向治疗分析,ECA、LCA两组根除率分别为72.00%、74.28%;按完成治疗分析,ECA、LCA两组根除率分别为81.81%、83.87%,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑与兰索拉唑为基础的三联疗法对Hp根除治疗差异无显著性。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of different proton pump inhibitor（PPI） for the eradication of helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods 60 patients with positive Hp were selected and randomly divided into two groups： ① ECA group（n=25）： Esomeprazole 20mg,twice daily,Clarithromycin 0.25mg,twice daily,Amoxicillin 1000mg,twice daily;② LCA group（n=35）： Lansoprazole 30mg, twice daily,Clarithromycin 0.25mg,twice daily,Amoxicillin 1000mg,twice daily.4 weeks after treatment,patients received 14C-urea breath test（UBT） again.Results The outcomes of 60 patients were evaluated.According to the intention to treat analysis： the rates of Hp eradication in ECA group and LCA group were 72.00% and 74.28%,respectively.According to per protocol analysis,the rates of Hp eradication in ECA group and LCA group were 81.81% and 83.87% respectively.There were no statistically significant differences beetween two two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion There was no statistically sgnificant difference in comparison of the outcomes between Esomeprazole-based and Lansoprazole-based triple therapy for eradication of Hp. |
