| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨系统化有氧运动锻炼对乳腺癌术后患者康复效果的影响。方法：乳腺癌术后患者110例,随机分为干预组及对照组各55例,均进行患侧上肢传统的功能锻炼,干预组并配合有氧健身操和24式太极拳运动。观察锻炼前后2组患者患侧上肢肌肉力量及体形、肺活量及最大摄氧量、骨密度及生活质量等方面的变化。结果：观察16周后,干预组患肢肌力、最大摄氧量以及肺活量均较观察前及对照组有明显提高（P〈0.05）,骨密度无变化,体重指数（BMI）、腰臀比（WHR）均较观察前明显降低（P〈0.05）;对照组仅在患侧肘屈肌力较观察前明显提高（P〈0.05）,而骨密度下降。观察前后2组患者生活质量差异无统计学意义。结论：有氧健身运动锻炼可有效提高乳腺癌患者的整体功能。
