| 摘 要： | 目的：观察银杏达莫结合康复训练对脑梗死患者平衡功能的影响。方法：80例脑梗死患者随机分为A、B2组各40例,均按脑血管病常规治疗并行康复训练。A组加用银杏达莫注射液静脉滴注,共30 d。采用Berg平衡量表、Fugl-Meyer运动量表（FMA）和Barthel指数法（BI）评分评定2组患者治疗前后的平衡功能、下肢运动功能及ADL能力。结果：治疗30 d后,2组Berg、下肢FMA及BI积分均较治疗前有明显提高（P〈0.05,0.01）,A组高于B组（P〈0.05）。结论：银杏达莫结合康复训练能够有效改善脑梗死患者的平衡功能,进而对患者下肢运动功能及ADL的恢复有显著促进作用。
