| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鱼精蛋白在体外循环心内直视术中再灌注期的低血压效应及其机理。方法：连续选取先天性心脏病患儿23名，分别于体外循环直视手术中，鱼精蛋白给予前1min，给予后5min、30min，测定右心房血NO的含量。同时监测平均动脉压（MAP）的变化。结果：有7名患儿发生低血压反应（MAP≥10mmhg），伴随NO2^-／NO3^-含量较给药前明显增高（P〈0．05），与正常组相比差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：鱼精蛋白参与心肌再灌注期低血压反应的发生，其机理可能与短暂性NO的大量产生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the hypotension effects after protamine adminstration during my-ocardial reperfusion period in open heart surgery,with an emphasis on defining the role of the Nitrite Oxide(NO).Methods:twenty-three children,with the congenital heart disease,was investigated.NO and Mean arterial pressure(MAP)were measured1min before and5min ? 30min after the protamine ad-ministration in open heart surgery.Results:following protamine administration,NO concentration of all patients is increased slightly,but no significant,And7patients have a significant increase with MAP declined significantly.Conclusions:these results suggest that the phenomenon of hypotension after pro-tamine adminstration may be induced in part by the production of a great quantities of the NO,which results in dilate of the vascular. |
