| 摘 要： | 本文对57例鼻咽活检组织的非癌部位电镜观察,发现鼻咽粘膜上皮的增生、化生与癌变有关,不典型增生和化生是癌前病变。其癌变过程有一个渐进性的发展阶段,不典型增生(或化生)与癌组织有移行关系。

| Abstract: | The non-cancerous biopsy specimens of the nasopharyngeal mucous membrane of 57 cases were studied by electron microscopy.The results proved that the squamous hyperplasia and metaplasia of the columnar epithelium were related to the carcinogenesis of nasopharyngeal epithelium.The atypical hyperplasia and metaplasia were preneoplastic lesions,and they had transitively relations with cancerous tissues.The carcinogenic development from hyperplasia or metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia or me aplasia to cancer was a progressive process. |
