| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Miller-Fisher综合征（MFS）和Biekerstaff脑干脑炎（BBE）的临床特点及诊断、鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析MFS6例和BBE5例患者的临床特征、实验室及影像学表现。结果MFS与BBE两组患者均可以有眼肌麻痹、共济失调、腱反射异常，BBE组出现意识障碍3例，病理征4例，头MRI异常2例，MFS组出现一过性病理征1例，脑脊液检查MFS组蛋白升高5例，BBE组蛋白升高5例。结论MFS和BBE临床表现有重叠又有一定差异，其发病可能都与抗神经节苷脂（GQ1b）抗体有关，主要鉴别点是BBE患者可以有意识障碍、病理征和影像学异常。目前认为MFS定位于周围神经受累，而BBE则以中枢受累为主。
