| 摘 要： | 目的总结脊髓栓系综合征的诊断和治疗经验。方法回顾分析28例脊髓栓系综合征病例病史、临床资料、辅助检查和治疗经过及手术后神经功能改善情况。结果24例（86％）患者手术后脊髓神经功能有不同程度的好转。结论脊髓栓系综合征的诊断主要依据腰骶部的畸形、脊髓神经功能损害和典型脊髓MIR表现。显微外科手术治疗是解决脊髓栓系的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To conclude diagnosis and treatment of tethered cord syndrome(TCS). Method By reviewing 28 cases, history , physical exam and surgical outcomes. Result 24 cases (86%) acquire improvement. Conclusion TCS~,s diagnosis includes lumbar-sacral malformations ,spinal neurological impairment , typical MIR findings. Microsurgical depressing is the effective treatment. |
