| 摘 要： | 目的 观察外照射结合Ｉｒ１９２ 模板插植后装治疗前列腺癌的即期疗效和早期放射反应。 方法 １５例前列腺癌患者接受Ｉｒ１９２ 模板插植后装治疗，６Ｇｙ次每周，共２ 次。间歇期进行外照射，总剂量为４０ Ｇｙ，２ Ｇｙ次每天，每周５ ｄ。 结果 所有病例均能耐受治疗，排尿不畅改善者占８０ ％ ，ＰＳＡ 下降者占８２％ 。 结论 外照射结合Ｉｒ１９２ 模板插植后装治疗能提高前列腺癌的即期疗效

| Abstract: | PURPOSE To assess the immediate results and early reactions of a combination of external beam and high dose rate afterloding iridium 192,in prostate carcinoma.METHODS 15 patients were treated with a combination of external beam and high dose rate iridium 192 brachytherapy.RESULTS All patients could tolerate the treatment protocol,with appromixately 80% of the patients having relief of dysuria and decrease in PSA level.CONCLUSIONS Combined treatment with high dose rate iridium 192 brachytherapy and external beam radiotherpy improves the immediate response of the tumor in patients with prostate cancer. |
