p16基因产物在非小细胞肺癌表达及意义

目的　研究ｐ１６ 基因产物在ＮＳＣＬＣ癌组织的表达及其临床意义。　方法　用链霉抗生物素蛋白过氧化物酶连结法检测６４ 例ＮＳＣＬＣ患者肺癌组织及配对淋巴结标本ｐ１６ 蛋白表达。　结果　肺癌组织ｐ１６ 蛋白表达缺失率达４８８％ （３１／６４），５１６ ％ 呈阳性表达（３３／６４） ，阳性表达中很可能存在突变蛋白。ｐ１６ 蛋白表达与ＮＳＣＬＣ的组织学类型、临床分期、细胞分化无相关性，与淋巴结转移关系密切。淋巴结转移组，肺癌组织ｐ１６ 蛋白表达高于淋巴结阴性组（ Ｐ＜ ００５） 。在转移淋巴结中，４２８６％ ｐ１６ 蛋白阳性。　结论　ｐ１６ 基因产物的异常表达与ＮＳＣＬＣ 的发生、发展关系密切，它在ＮＳＣＬＣ 中可能属于迟发事件。

p16 GENE PRODUCT EXPRESSION IN THE NSCLC PATIENTS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

To study p16 gene product expression in the NSCLC patients and its clinical significance.METHODS A rapid immunohistochemical method (streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method,S P) was used to detect p16 protein expression of 64 NSCLC patients' lung cancer tissues and paired lymph node samples.RESULTS Deletion rate of p16 protein expression was 48.4% (31/64) in lung cnacer tissues,positive rate was 51.6%(33/64),in which mutational proteins could exist.In the metastatic lymph nodes,the expression p16 was 48.86%. No correlation was found between p16 expression and other clinicopathological parameters,including clinical stage,histological type and grade,but expresion of p16 was significantly related to the lymph node metastasis,being higher in lung cancertissues with lymph node metastasis than that without lymph node metastasis( P <0 05).CONCLUSIONS The abnormal changs of p16 gene product are closely related to NSCLC occurance and progression,and may be important events in the late phases.
