| 摘 要： | 介绍过去15年诊断与治疗直肠破裂病人29例，其中死亡3例，漏诊4例，死亡原因主要是严重合并伤和漏诊后引起的感染性休克．另外由于对伤情缺乏全面分析和缺少必要的直肠检查，导致4例病人术前漏诊。直肠破裂治疗方法包括早期的局部清创，直肠裂口修补，骶前引流和结肠造瘘以及联合应用抗生素。

| Abstract: | The diagnosis and treatment of 29 cases of rectum rupture treated in the past 15 years were analysed. Among these cases, there were 3 death, and 4 cases of missed diagnosis. The main causes of death were severe complicated injury and septic shock due to missed diagno-sis. Besides, there were 4 cases of preoperative missed diagnosis due to lack of comprehensive anal-ysis of the conditions of injury, and lack of necessary rectal examination. The treatment of rectal rupture includes early local debridement, repairment of the rectal split, anterosacral drainage, colostomy and antibiotics. |
