丹参水溶性标准提取物生物活性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨丹参提取物对小鼠缺血的影响;方法 用常压缺氧小鼠模型试验研究提取物耐缺氧活性;用实验性大鼠心电图变化评价丹参提取物抵抗垂体后叶素造成心肌缺血发生情况;结果 丹参提取物能显著延长小鼠耐常压缺氧的存活时间,并能显著降低实验性大鼠血肌缺血发生率,其活性强弱有量效相关性。剂量相同的两种提取物表现出相似的生物活性。结论 丹参水溶性提取物有增强模型小鼠耐常压缺氧能力,并能明显抵抗垂体后叶素致实验性大鼠心肌缺血的发生率,提取物药效活性是多成分共同作用的结果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Danshen Standardized Extract on rat in deficiency of oxygen (normal air pressure) and myocardial ischemia. Method Determination the ability of resisting oxygen decrease in body and blood less in cardiac muscle led by pit. of test model rat, and the electrocardiogram was employed to give a evaluation. Results Danshen Extract could well prolong the living time of testing rat, and the rate of shortage blood of cardiac muscle was decreased significantly. The relationship between the ability and the dose was observed, the same dose of two different extract was approved to be the same activity. Conclusions Danshen water extracts have the activity of anti-oxygen and blood less led by pit because of multi-active components on Danshen extract.
