| 摘 要： | 为探讨IL 6对大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤形成的中枢作用以及对胃酸分泌的影响 ,采用侧脑室给药 ,观察溃疡形成情况 ,同时进行胃酸分泌检测。结果显示 ,侧脑室注射IL 6有加重应激性溃疡形成的作用 (P <0 0 1) ,而静脉注射同等剂量的IL 6并无此效应 ;中枢IL 6可通过兴奋迷走神经释放乙酰胆碱 ,激活HPA轴产生皮质激素 ,促进胃酸的分泌 (P <0 0 1)。表明IL 6的促溃疡机制主要在中枢。

| Abstract: | To discuss the role of central effect of IL 6 in the development of stress induced gastric mucosal lesions and acid secretion in rats, the effects of IL 6 on ulcer index and gastric acid secretion by intracerebroventricular(icv) administration were examined. The results showed that intracerebroventricularly administered IL 6 significantly accelerated stress induced ulcer formation( P <0 01). When IL 6 in a same dose was injected intravenously, no effect was observed. Icv injection of IL 6 significantly stimulated gastric acid secretion by activating the vagal efferent system and the axis of HPA( P <0 01). It suggested that the central nervous system is the effective site of action of IL 6 in the production of stress gastric ulcer. |
