| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高位膀胱阴道瘘的手术治疗。方法对1995年1月～2005年12月收治的16例高位膀胱阴道瘘患者的术前诊断、术前准备及手术方式的选择进行研究。结果16例高位膀胱阴道瘘经膀胱途径修补，均Ⅰ期治愈。结论高位膀胱阴道瘘经膀胱修补，可获得满意效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To inquiry the operation for a high bladder vagina fistula. Methods To study the choice of diagnosis before operation, preparation before the operation and the way of operation which 16 patients with high bladder vagina fistula from January, 1995 to December,2005. Result 16 patients with high bladder vagina fistula could be cure in the uniform period by operation. Conclusion The high bladder vagina fistula could acquire satisfied result through bladder repair. |
