| 摘 要： | 目的探索精神分裂症的发病与社会心理因素的相关性.方法对精神疾病流行病学调查中确诊的31例精神分裂症患者和以匹配方法设置的31例对照者采用WHO“结局的决定性因素科研项目之生活事件量表”进行评定.结果31例精神分裂症患者中19例调查出生活事件(61.29%),而31例对照者中仅有4例调查出生活事件(12.90%);精神分裂症生活事件主要为恋爱婚姻、经济和家庭成员状况.结论社会心理因素与精神分裂症的发生密切相关,预防精神分裂症应从消除或减轻社会心理因素人手.

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the correlation between the onset of schizophrenia and the psychosocial factors.Methods:In an epidemiological survey of mental disorders,31 schizophrenics and 31 matched controls were assessed with WHO's.The determinants of Outcome Project.Life Events Schedule.Results:19 cases of the 31 schizophrenics(61.29%)had life event while only 4 controls(12.9%) did.The life events in schizophrenics focused on marriage/amatory,economic status and present state of family members.Conclusions:There are close correlations Between Schizophrenic occurrence and Psychosocial factors.To prevent schizophrenia relapse,Psychosocial factors should be avoicled or abated.
