妊娠期上尿路结石并发肾绞痛的诊治

目的探讨特殊类型（妊娠期间）上尿路结石并发肾绞痛有效的诊断和治疗方法。方法对临床53例妊娠期间肾绞痛发作患，通过保守治疗和／或腔内手术干预进行综合诊治。结果53例患肾绞痛经解痉止痛输液等治疗基本能缓解，但对反复发作的肾绞痛行息侧双J管置入后均全部缓解。结论黄体酮、硫酸镁注射液对治疗妊娠期间肾绞痛发作既能舒张平滑肌解痉止痛同时又有保胎功效，临床效果可靠；对妊娠期间上尿路结石复发性肾绞痛的处理，行患侧输尿管双J管置入术具有相对侵袭创伤性小、疗效确切之优点。[编按]

Diagnosis and Treatment of Upper Lithangiuria Complicated with Nephric Colic During Gestational Period

Objective To explore effective diagnosis and therapy of special type(during gestational period) of upper lithangiuria complicated with nephric colic.Methods Fifty-three cases of upper lithangiuria complicated nephric colic during gestational period were treatmented systematically.Results All 53 cases were relieved from nephric colic by spasmolysis and transfusion,but recurrent nephric colic were entirely vanished by inserting double J ducts.Conclusion Progesterone Injection and Magnesium Sulfate Injection have effectiveness by relaxating smooth muscle and tocolysis.Clinical therapeutic effect is reliable;inserting double J duct for recurrent nephric colic have many merits,such as relative diminutive invasion traumatic occlusion and reliably clinical therapeutic effect.
