一氧化碳中毒患者的头部CT表现与预后对照分析

目的 探讨CO中毒患者的CT复查表现与临床症状的关系及预后评估。方法 对18例CO重度中毒的患者的脑CT复查表现与后期临床症状进行对照分析。结果 （1）CT表现正常的临床无任何阳性体征；（2）双侧苍白球对称低密度临床表现为意识淡漠反应迟钝；（3）脑白质对称性广泛性低密度区临床表现为程度不同的昏迷状态；（4）脑萎缩及腔隙梗塞临床表现为记忆力差及肢体协调能力欠佳。结论 CT扫描对本病的诊断、病情估计、疗效观察及预后判断有重要临床价值。

Analysis on the Comparison of the Prognoses with the CO-Poisoned Brain CT Diagnosis

Objective To discuss the relationship between the CT reexamination outcome of the CO-Poisoned Brain CT diagnosis and the clinical symptom as well as the prognoses evaluation. Methods To compare and analyze the CT reexamination outcomes of 18 serious CO poisoned cases and later clinical symptoms. Results (1) When CT shows the brain is normal, there are not any positive symptoms in clinical examination. (2) Double globus pallidus symmetrical low-density area represents clinical symptoms of mentality indifference and slow reaction. (3) Centrum semiovale symmetrical extensive low-density area demonstrates clinical symptom of stupor of different levels. (4) Brain atrophy and little block of a CT check show the symptoms of poor memory and coordination in limbs and trunk. Conclusions CT-scan is of immense clinical importance in diagnosis, state of illness, treatment, and prognosis on the brain CO-poisoned patients.
