摘    要:目的 了解本院新生儿感染葡萄球菌的临床分布及耐药特点.方法 采集新生儿患者呼吸道、皮肤、血液、脐部、眼部及消化道等部位的标本,培养分离出葡萄球菌,K-B法进行抗菌药物敏感性试验.结果 收集临床标本1869份,分离出致病菌822株,其中葡萄球菌278株,分离率14.87%,占所有阳性标本的33.82%.葡萄球菌分离前三位依次是表皮葡萄球菌(占44.96%),金黄色葡萄球菌(占28.78%),溶血葡萄球菌(占14.39%).药敏结果显示葡萄球菌对奎诺普丁、达福普汀、万古霉素和利奈唑胺高度敏感,耐青霉素的葡萄球菌高达95.7%.结论 新生儿感染的主要致病菌是凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌,部分葡萄球菌具有多重耐药性.

Analysis on the types and antibiotics resistance of staphylococcus infected to neonate during 2010-2012

Abstract:Objective To analyze the types and antibiotics resistance of staphylococcus infected to newborn in our neonatal department. Methods Staphylococcus was isolated and cultured from the secretion of respiratory tract, skin, blood, umbilical region, eyes and digestive tract. K-B method was used for antimicrobial susceptibility testing. Results From 1869 clin- ical specimens collected during January 2010 to December 2012, 278 staphylococcus strains were isolated, which took 14. 87% of all specimens and 33.28% of all positive results. Staphylococcus epidermidis was the most common strain, accounting for 44. 96% of all staphylococcus strains, followed by staphylococcus aureus took 28.78% and staphylococcus haemolyticus took 14. 39% of all staphylococcus strains. Susceptibility results showed that staphylococcus aureus strains showed high sensitivity to quinupristin / dalfopristin, vancomycin and linezolid, but 95.7% of Staphylococcus aureus strains were resistant to penicillin. Conclusion Coagulase-negative staphylococci were the main pathogens of neonatal infection. The staphylococcus showed multi- ple antibiotics resistance.
