| Abstract: | Sotalol-Induced Polymorphic VT. We present a patient with sotalol-induced polymorphic ventricular tachycardia that was seen only with programmed ventricular stimulation. Electrophysiologic studies performed prior to initiation of sotalol therapy revealed inducible monomorphic ventricular tachycardia. Possible underlying electrophysiologic mechanisms are discussed. |
