| 摘 要： | 目的介绍用自体腓骨瓣移植＋外固定支架治疗先天性胫骨假关节的临床经验和疗效。方法对23例先天性胫骨假关节患耆采用自体腓骨瓣移植加用外固定支架治疗先天性胫骨假关节。结果其中20例假关节经1次手术愈合，愈合时间4～7个月，平均愈合时间5．1个月；3例经2次手术，假关节14个月愈合。结论所转移的自体腓骨瓣具有丰富的血供，能有效防止骨吸收，有提高骨愈合及延长肢体的效果，是目前治疗先天性胫骨假关节较为理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and experience of fibula flap transplantation and external fixation devices for congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia（CPT）. Methods Twenty three cases of CPT were treated by fibula flap transplantation and external fixation devices. Results Twenty cases achieved excellent bony union after a single operation,and the average union time was 5.1 months （4-7 months）. Three cases underwent the second operation,and the union time was 14 months. Conclusion Fibula flap transplantation has the advantage of abundant blood supply and enhanced bony union and prolonged extremity, which is an ideal method in the treatment of CPT. |
