摘    要:目的建立同时测定氯麻滴鼻液中氯霉素和盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法,方法采用系数倍率法,测定波长为257nm和278nm。结果氯霉素和盐酸麻黄碱的质量浓度线性范围分别为5~30μg/ml.(r=0.9999)和20~120μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99、33%(RSD=0.45%)和98.30%(RSO=0.71%)。结论方法简便,结果快速,适宜于医院制剂的质量分析.

Abstract:Objective To establish a m,:thod for determination of ehloramphenieol and ephedrine in chloramphenieol and ephedrine nosedrops. Methods With the wavelengths of 257 nm and 278 nm as determinable points, coefficient multiple method was used. Results The linear response ranges were 5 - 30 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 9) for chloramphenicol and 20 - 120 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 9) for ephedrine hydrochloride respectively. The average recovery rates were 99.33% ( RSD = 0. 45% ) and 98.30% ( RSD = 0.71% ), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and is suitable for the quality analysis of hospital preparations.
