| 摘 要： | 目的探讨缬沙坦对原发性高血压（EH）病人血管内皮功能的影响。方法检测应用缬沙坦治疗前后EH病人血压、血管内皮素-1（ET1）及一氧化氮（NO）的变化，并进行分析。结果应用缬沙坦后。EH病人血压显著下降（P〈0．01）、ET-1明显降低（P〈0．01），NO明显升高（P〈0．01）。结论缬沙坦可有效降压。并能逆转EH病人血管内皮功能紊乱。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Valsartan on endothelial function in patients (pts) with essential hypertension (EH).Methods Blood pressure, ET-1 and NO value were determined and analyzed in 30 pts with EH pre- and post-therapy of Valsartan for 4 weeks.Results The plasma ET was higher in pts than that in thecontrol group (P<0.01) NO was lower in pts than that in the control group (P<0.01). Both of blood pressure and plasma ET were reducer greatly(P<0.01), while serum NO was increased significantly (P<0.01) following Valsartan for 4 weeks.Conclusion Valsartan might be effective in the treatment of hypertension and might reverse the disturbance of impaired endothelial function in pts with EH. |
