2型糖尿病患者血浆抵抗素水平与脂联素和胰岛素抵抗的关系

目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病和 2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者血浆抵抗素与脂联素和胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法 :对 88例居住在武汉检查者 (正常对照 2 8例 ,2型糖尿病 30例 ,2型糖尿病合并肥胖症 30例 )同时采集病史、进行体格检查并留取血浆 ,测定其血糖、胰岛素、血脂、瘦素、脂联素和抵抗素的水平。结果 :简单相关分析提示抵抗素与体重指数、腰臀比、空腹及餐后 1h和 2h的血糖、甘油三酯和胰岛素抵抗正相关 ,与脂联素负相关 ;校正其它参数 ,抵抗素的水平与体重指数呈正相关 ,与脂联素呈负相关。结论 :抵抗素和脂联素与肥胖症和 2型糖尿病的发生有关。

Relation Between Plasma Resistin and Adiponectin or Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: To investigate the relation between plasma resistin and adiponectin or insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes and type 2 diabetes with obesity. Methods: 88 subjects who were either completely healthy (28 cases)or had suffered from a type 2 diabetes 30 cases or type 2 diabetes with obesity 30 cases were recruited come from Wuhan. All measurements (independent variables) were taken at the same time after clinic data were collected and followed by collection of fasting blood samples for analysis. Results: The plasma resistin levels positively correlated with fasting plasma glucose, glucose intolerance in OGTT, triglycerides and insulin resistance index (HOMA\|IR), negatively correlated with fasting plasma adiponectin. Using step regression analysis, BMI and adiponectin were significantly related to the plasma adiponectin levels after adjustment for all other variables in the model. Conclusion: Resistin and adiponectin correlates with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
