妈富隆对药物流产后阴道出血及流产效果的临床疗效

目的：观察妈富隆用于药物流产后的临床效果。方法：对120例药物流产患者,随机分为两组,药物流产后即服用妈富隆者68例为治疗组,自排出胎囊当日开始服用妈富隆每日1片（服药时间固定）,连服21 d停药;未服用妈富隆者52例为对照组,观察21d,统计两组的阴道出血量、出血时间等临床疗效。结果：治疗组及对照组平均出血日数分别为（9.44±5.75）d和（15.72±6.57）d,P〈0.05,出血量比月经量多者分别为9和15例,出血量比月经量少的分别为21和11例,完全流产率、不全流产率分别为97.06%、2.94%和82.69%、17.3%。结论：妈富隆可减少药物流产后阴道出血量和出血时间,降低不全流产率,且不良反应小,值得推广。

Clinical efficacy of marvelon on vaginal bleeding after medical abortion and abortion effect

Objective: To explore the effects of marvelon on vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods: 120 patients who had medical abortion and got vaginal bleeding were divided into two groups.After medical abortion,there were 68 cases taking marvelon in the observation group,who took marvelon every day(taking time fixed) from the date of discharge of the fetal sac to start,and even served 21 days.Not taking marvelon 52 cases was in the control group.To take observation and have follow-up of the amount of vaginal bleeding,bleeding time and clinical efficacy of the statistical two groups.Results: Average number of bleeding days in observation group and control group was(9.44 ± 5.75) and(15.72 ± 6.57) d,P<0.01,bleeding volume more than menstrual was 13.2%,28.8%,less than menstruation was 30.9%,21.2%,complete abortion rate was 97.06% and 2.94%;incomplete abortion rate was 82.69% and 17.3%.Conclusion:The effects of marvelon on reduction of vaginal bleeding volume and bleeding time after medical abortion is significant and can reduce the rate of incomplete abortion,and to adjust the menstrual cycle.marvelon can promote ovarian function recovery,side effects,it is worth promoting.
