对高校教学督导工作的几点思考

摘    要:从教育学和心理学两方面探讨了高校督导工作要想取得良好效果,需要注意的三个方面。首先,督导工作要以共同体意识为前提;其次,在督导人员选取上,督导专职人员和全校教师互相督导相结合,专职督导需要具备一定的教育、心理专业知识以及某些人格特征;第三,对教学的各个环节进行督导,而不仅仅是课堂授课环节。做到以上三个方面,可以既有效提高学校的整体教学水平,同时又能增加教师对学校的归属和工作满意度。

Abstract:Three issues which should be paid attention to are discussed in educational and psychological aspects to make supervision at universities and colleges effective.Firstly,supervision must be based on the awareness of common community.Secondly,full-time supervisors and all teachers should supervise each other,and the former should possess some educational and psychological knowledge,and certain personal traits.Thirdly,all the teachers should supervise each other too.Thirdly,supervision should involve all the segments of teaching besides classroom teaching.If the three aspects mentioned above are achieved,it can both improve the overall teaching level of the university concerned and increase teachers' sense of belonging and satisfaction with their work.
