| 摘 要： | 本文报告了13例咽淋巴环外头颈结外淋巴瘤的CT和MRI表现，其中单纯结外性4例，结外合并结性3例，单纯结外混合型2例，结外混合型合并结性4例。文内讨论了头颈淋巴瘤分类，咽淋巴环外结外淋巴瘤病变CT和MRI表现和鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | CT and MRI findings of thirteen cases of lymphoma of outside Waldeyer's ring in the head and neck were presented.There were four cases confined to extranodal lymphoma,three cases combined extranodal and nodal lymphoma,two cases multifocal extranodal lymphoma without nodal involvement,four cases with nodal involvement.The classification of lymphoma of the head and neck,MRI and CT findings, and differential diagnosis for the extranodal lymphoma of outside Waldeyer's ring were discussed. |
