| 摘 要： | 我院１５３８例正常阴道分娩产妇共发生产后尿潴留６５例，发生率为４．２４％。１５３８例正常阴道分娩产妇中，初产妇为１２０１例，产后尿潴留发生率为５％，经产妇为３３７例，其发生率为１．４８％，经统计学处理，两者有显著性差异。作者采用产程计值分析的方法对产后尿潴留的病因作了探讨。在初产妇中，产后尿潴留组与对照组的第一产程及第二产程均有显著性差异，提示产后尿潴留的发生可能和产程时间长有关。

| Abstract: | Urinary retention occurred in 65 cases of the total of 1 538 normal labor in this hospital with the incidence rate of 4.24%. There were altogether 1 201 primiparae in the 1 538 cases of normal vaginal delivery and their incidence rate of urinary retention was 5%.While the incidence rate of urinary retention was 1.48% in the 337 cases of pluriparae. An etiological study was carried out on urinary retention after labor by way of labor duration analysis. It was found out that there was great difference between the primiparae and pluriparae in both the first and second stages of labor. The results suggest that the duration of labor may have much to do with urinary retention after labor. |
