31例上颌窦腺样囊性癌临床分析

目的:探讨发生于上颌窦的腺样囊性癌的临床特征、治疗和预后。方法:31例经病理证实的腺样囊性癌,对其诊断、治疗以及预后进行分析。结果:31例患者临床表现不一,就诊时绝大多数处于T4期,治疗多采用手术 放疗,27例患者获随访,治疗后至随访时间5年及10年生存率分别为64.5%和40.5%。结论:上颌窦腺样囊性癌侵袭性强,隐匿性高,发现时即已较晚,预后常常不好。早发现、早诊断、早治疗可提高该病的治愈率及生存率。

Clinical Analysis on 31 Cases of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma from Maxillary Sinus

Objective: To investigate characteristic clinical features,therapeutic methods and outcomes of adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) from the maxillary sinuses.Methods: 31 ACC patients were reviewed and analyzed,including diagnosis,treatment methods and outcomes.Results: 31 patients represented different clinical behavior,and most of them were classified as T4,advanced stage.Operation with concomitant radiation therapy was taken for treatment.27 cases acquired follow-up and the survival rates of 5 and 10 years were 78.6% and 43.0%,respectively.Conclusion: Advanced stage and unfavorable nature of ACC in this cohort resulted in poor outcome.Efforts should be directed to minimize the delay in diagnosis at the primary care level.
