冷镇痛气雾剂药理和临床试验

冷镇痛气雾剂的药理和临床试验，为临床更广泛使用提供依据。作者采用对小白鼠电刺激及对兔耳造成挤压伤的方法观察该药的镇痛和消肿作用，还观察了试验动物的皮肤刺激作用和过敏反应及其对肝脏ＳＧＰＴ的影响，并应用该药治疗３７６例急性疼痛患者。结果：本品具有明显的镇痛和消肿作用，无皮肤刺激作用和过敏反应，对肝脏也无毒性，临床治疗有效率达９７．６％。结论：本品是治疗急性软组织损伤的高效、速效、安全和方便的新型药物。

PHARMACOLOGICAL AND CLINICAL STUDY OF ANALGESIC FREEZE SPRAY

PURPOSE The aim of this study was to investigate the Pharmacology of analgesic freeze sprary (AFS) and its clinical effects for wider clinical use.METHODS By comparing the control and AFS treatment groups,we observed the analgistic effects of AFS on the pain of the mice caused by electric stimulation, the haemostatic effect on haematoma of the rabbit ears caused by squeeze,the skin-stimulating action, hypersensitive reaction and the liver toxicity of mice.We also observed clinical effects of AFS on the acute pain in 376 patients.RESULTS AFS had apparent analgistic and haemostatic effects in both animals and patients.The effective rate in clinical treatment reached 97.6%. It did not have apparent toxic action on liver and other organs of the experimental animals. CONCLUSIONS AFS is a new drug with high effectiveness, rapidness,safety and convenience for the treatment of acute soft tissue injury.
