| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新生儿医院感染的原因、部位、病原体种类及干预措施,从而有效地降低新生儿医院感染.方法 采用回顾性调查,对2009年1-12月所有新生儿病房收治的1739例患儿进行医院感染监测.结果 2009年新生儿共发生医院感染46例次,感染率2.6%,其中早产儿8例次,占医院感染数的17.4%,占早产儿总数的3.1%;医院感染部位以消化道感染为主,占73.9%;其次为肺部感染,占19.5%,其中呼吸机相关性肺炎占77.8%;病原体以轮状病毒为主,占71.1%,其次为鲍氏不动杆菌,占13.3%.结论 消化道和呼吸道是新生儿医院感染最主要部位,应积极采取有效的措施,降低其发生率.
