| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨离断肾盂成形术的疗效。方法：回顾性分析96例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻（PUJO）应用离断性肾盂成形的临床资料。 结果：全部手术成功，远期疗效好。结论：离断性肾盂成形术是IUPJO的最有效的治疗方法，支架引流是手术成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To explore the therapeutic effects of dismembered pyeloplasty (Anderson-Hynes). Method: Clinical data of 96 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) were reviewed retrospectively. Result: All patients showed satisfactory long-terrn results. Conclusions: Dismembered Pycloplasty is the most effective treatment of UPJO. Drainage and stent are successful securcties. |
