槐定碱对大鼠皮层脑电的影响

摘    要:目的:观察槐定碱(sophoridine,SR)对麻醉大鼠皮层脑电图(EEG)的影响。方法:利用脑立体定位手段将电极置入大鼠额叶皮层,采用单极引导法及计算机辅助FFT技术记录槐定碱对大鼠额叶皮层脑生物电变化的影响。结果:侧脑室注射(icv)槐定碱0.1、0.2、0.4mg/只,大鼠额叶皮层出现痫样放电,痫样放电持续时间和频率均表现出明显的剂量依赖关系。结论:槐定碱可使大鼠脑功能增强,并诱发痫样放电。

Abstract:AIM:To observe the effect of sophoridine (SR) on the EEG of cerebral cortex in anaesthetized rat. Methods: With the equipment of brain stereotactic apparatus, microelectrode was implant into frontal lobe of cerebral cortex. Unipolar lead and computerized FFT technique were employed to record the effect of sophoridine on the bioelectricity change of frontal cerebral cortex in rats. Results: Epileptiform discharge appears in frontal cerebral cortex of rats, which divided into groups of 0.1,0.2,0.4mg/rat, after administrated sophoridine (introcerebral ventricular) icv. The time lasting and the frequency for epileptic discharge showed evidently dose-dependant relationship. Conclusion: Sophoridine can enhance function of brain and induce epileptic discharge in rats.
